Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and 4dno ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of the 4dno.win website, mobile app, and all services provided under the 4dno brand.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4dno platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement.

If you are using the 4dno platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

To register and use 4dno services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Never declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
• Never previously banned or restricted from using the 4dno platform.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. 4dno reserves the right to verify this information at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID, utility bill, or bank statement as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. An account is defined by full name, national ID number, email address, phone number, and IP address. If the system detects duplicate registrations, all associated accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 4dno strongly recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Report to 4dno support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
• Always log out after each gaming session, especially on shared devices.

4dno will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, our security team is ready to assist in investigating any cases reported promptly.

Account transfers to another party are strictly prohibited. You may not sell, transfer, or license your 4dno account to any individual or entity.

4dno accepts a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other supported digital wallets. All payment methods are processed through fully encrypted payment gateways.

Deposit-related terms are as follows:

• All deposits must come from a bank account or digital wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• There is no general daily maximum deposit limit; however, limits may be applied based on account level and compliance decisions.
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the method chosen.
• 4dno does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Any deposit that is suspicious or whose source cannot be verified may be placed on hold pending a review by the 4dno compliance team. We reserve the right to request supporting documents for deposits exceeding a certain threshold as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

4dno is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently. The following withdrawal conditions and procedures must be followed by all members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that is registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.
• New players must complete full KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the method and time of request.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours may be processed on the next business day.

4dno reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met.
• The KYC verification process has not yet been completed.
• There is suspicious account activity or an ongoing investigation.
• The bank account details provided do not match the KYC records on file.
• Requests that exceed the set withdrawal limits.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover specific to the relevant bonus terms on the Promotions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per individual, per household, and per IP address.
• 4dno reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the rollover requirement is met.
• Some games may be excluded from contributing to rollover requirements – please check the respective bonus terms.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends.

VIP and Loyalty Programme:

Members eligible for the 4dno VIP programme enjoy additional benefits such as higher withdrawal limits, priority withdrawal processing, exclusive bonuses, and a dedicated personal account manager. VIP eligibility is determined based on consistent playing activity and full compliance with all platform terms.

4dno is committed to ensuring that all games offered on this platform are fair and free from any manipulation. The following are the fairness rules and principles we uphold:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) that have been independently verified and audited by internationally accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by any external factors, including deposit amounts or a player's account status.
• Each game has a Return to Player (RTP) which can be found in the respective game information.
• 4dno does not interfere with the outcome of any game or bet in progress.
• Any technical interruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with the disconnection policy of the relevant game provider.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. 4dno provides complete game rules within each game for player reference. Disputed wins will be reviewed based on immutable system logs, and the outcome of such reviews is final.

As a 4dno member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account closure:

• Using software, bots, or any automated tools to exploit games or the bonus system.
• Engaging in fraud, misconduct, or any dishonest activity.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in table games or poker.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.
• Disputing legitimate transactions through a bank chargeback process (chargeback fraud).
• Threatening, insulting, or behaving disrespectfully toward 4dno staff or other players.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.

Closure at Player's Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 4dno support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method once the review is complete.

Suspension or Closure by 4dno: 4dno reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 4dno reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances that have not met their rollover requirements, while real money balances (after deducting any relevant bonuses) will be considered for return upon completion of the investigation.

The 4dno platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, 4dno makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors, or viruses.

4dno will not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred while playing on the platform (gambling losses are a risk accepted by the player).
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the bank or third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any third-party content or actions associated with the 4dno platform.

4dno's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, subject to applicable law.

4dno reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate changes.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made.

Continued use of the 4dno platform after any changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes come into effect.
